IMB Bank is seeking two part-time Customer Service Representatives to support customers across South Western Sydney. Training will be at Oran Park and Macarthur Square (Campbelltown), with duties spanning branches across Sydney South-West as needed.

The role focuses on face-to-face, phone and online service for banking and insurance needs, cash handling, and collaboration with branch teams to achieve targets while upholding regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front-line roles.
• Available to work Monday–Friday, 5 hours per day.
• Own transport and located in Campbelltown or Oran Park.
• Interest or education in financial services is a plus.
• Cash handling experience and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel within the region for training and relief staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with banking and insurance needs face to face, over the phone and online.
• Explore opportunities to find suitable financial solutions for customers.
• Use various technologies, systems and digital platforms to support service delivery.
• Perform cash handling, balancing and administrative duties.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and teams to achieve branch goals.
• Maintain high operational adherence to company and regulatory standards.
