Job summary

Discovery Parks Forster Discovery Park is seeking an energetic, hands-on Assistant Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive guest experience and mentor a team across housekeeping, maintenance and reception.

You’ll report to the Park Manager, manage check-ins, reservations and budgeting, with a focus on service excellence and revenue optimisation while upholding the park’s strong reputation.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality/tourism management.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Ability to manage park operations in the manager’s absence.

Responsibilities

• Support Park Managers with day-to-day operations.
• Lead and support teams across housekeeping, grounds & maintenance and reception.
• Manage guest check-ins, reservations, accounts and guest experience.
