Constant is recruiting Resident Support Officers to work overnight at our Adelaide student accommodation sites. You will be a calm, approachable presence, supporting resident wellbeing and responding to concerns with empathy, while conducting security patrols and managing access.

This role values maturity, strong communication, and a people-first approach. The position offers permanent part-time hours with overnight shifts and a focus on inclusive, community-friendly environments.

Qualifications

• Full Australian working rights.
• Current and valid South Australian Security Licence.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Current RSA certification.
• Valid Working with Children Check.
• Availability for overnight shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Calm, professional, and approachable manner.

Responsabilités

• Providing after-hours support to residents.
• Responding to wellbeing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Conducting regular security patrols and walkthroughs.
• Monitoring access control and shared residential spaces.
• Assisting with resident enquiries and access issues.
• Responding to incidents, emergencies, and first-response situations.
• Identifying hazards and escalating safety concerns.
• Completing incident reports, daily activity reports, and system updates.
• Supporting a respectful, inclusive residential culture.
• Liaising with property management and emergency services when required.
• Completing shift handovers and maintaining operational accountability.
