Constant Security is hiring a Resident Support Officer for overnight shifts at a Melbourne student accommodation site. The role focuses on wellbeing, safety, and community support rather than enforcement.
You will provide after-hours resident support, respond empathetically to concerns, and conduct security patrols while maintaining a calm, approachable presence. Relevant licences and certifications are required.
We are currently recruiting Resident Support Officers (RSOs) to work overnight at our new student accommodation site in Melbourne.
