Marriott International's Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast is seeking a Relief and Support Manager on Duty to oversee all property operations during the overnight shift. You will ensure the highest levels of hospitality and service, resolve guest and property issues, and represent property management in critical situations.

• Previous experience in a hotel front office, night audit or financial audit role.
• Management experience.
• Passion for delivering exceptional service to create memorable stays.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and ensures compliance with all Guidelines to Operations.
• Ensures employees are in proper uniform and groomed.
• Ensures a safe working environment for all staff.
• Manages all period-end inventories.
• Reviews financial statements, sales and activity reports to measure productivity and cost reduction.
• Assists in guest issue resolution and accounts receivable tasks.
• Monitors chargebacks and rebates and minimizes them.
• Implements action plans with leadership to prevent recurrence of guest issues.
