Job summary

AC Hotel Gold Coast is seeking a dedicated Assistant Night Manager to lead overnight Front Office operations, ensuring guest arrivals and night audits run smoothly, safely and confidently. You’ll provide a calm presence for guests and Family Members, balancing operational responsibility with attentive service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support overnight Front Office operations.
• Ensure smooth guest arrivals, departures, billing and payment processes.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
• Complete night audit, cashiering, reports and end-of-shift procedures accurately.
• Support the team with coaching, training and day-to-day guidance.
• Maintain strong communication with Security, Finance and operational departments.
• Ensure Marriott policies, safety standards and quality expectations are followed.
• Create a welcoming, polished and effortless guest experience throughout the night.
