Job summary

AC Hotel by Marriott Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Night Manager to lead overnight operations for a brand-new hotel opening. You will supervise the Front Office team, coordinate with all departments, and ensure safety and service excellence after hours.

As a pre-opening leader, you will help establish procedures, train staff, and deliver seamless guest experiences from day one, upholding Marriott standards and a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Night Manager, Duty Manager, Front Office Supervisor, or similar leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations during the night shift, as Manager on Duty.
• Lead overnight Front Office associates, ensuring exceptional guest service.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless overnight operations and effective communication.
• Manage overnight staffing, operational issues, and emergencies with confidence and professionalism.
