Job summary

DOMA Hotels’ Little National Adelaide is seeking an experienced Assistant Night Manager to join the team. You will support overnight operations, front office, night audit, and safety while upholding exceptional guest experiences with a warm, local Adelaide perspective.

You will train the Night Audit Team, supervise front office during the night shift, and ensure accurate financial reporting. RSA and First Aid certifications are required, along with a professional, guest-focused presence.

Qualifications

• RSA and First Aid certifications are required.
• Experience in Night Audit procedures and financial reconciliation.
• Hotel Front Office or Night Audit supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a night team and maintain guest privacy.
• Strong time management and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete Night Audit process and balance daily revenue.
• Manage guest enquiries, requests, and emergencies with professionalism.
• Communicate guest needs and feedback to improve service.
• Lead Front Office operations during overnight hours.
• Train Night Audit Team and ensure standards.
