The Darling, part of The Star Sydney, seeks an Overnight Front Office Agent to support the heart of our operations. You will handle check-ins, check-outs, guest bookings, and payments with precision while delivering warm, professional service.

This role requires overnight shifts and a strong focus on guest satisfaction at The Darling. You will work with a safety-conscious, guest-centric team to ensure smooth operations, accurate billing, and memorable experiences for every guest at our iconic

Qualifications

• Extensive guest service experience in Front Office/Guest Services.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with knowledge of hotel systems (Opera highly regarded).
• Ability to communicate in a second language is highly regarded but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service during check-in, check-out, and the guest stay.
• Respond to reservation requests via phone or email promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow company procedures and policies.
