Job summary

Four Seasons Sydney is seeking a Part-Time Overnight Guest Services Officer to welcome guests during the overnight hours, manage front desk operations, assist late arrivals and early departures, and uphold Four Seasons service standards.

This role is part of the Rooms Division and reports to the Front Desk Manager. You should have outstanding communication, the ability to work independently at night, and a keen eye for detail; OPERA system experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently during overnight operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial/administrative tasks.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Experience in front desk, guest services, night audit or hotel operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with guests and colleagues.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Experience using the OPERA system is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests during overnight shifts, assisting with check-in, check-out, enquiries, and special requests.
• Complete overnight operational and administrative duties, including night audit procedures and guest account reconciliation.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries, concerns, and emergency situations.
• Monitor hotel activity during the night and collaborate with departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare reports and documentation for the following day's activities.
