Job summary

Crown Sydney is seeking enthusiastic Full-Time Front Office Attendants to join our iconic Barangaroo property. You will be at the heart of the guest experience, delivering exceptional service to guests, visitors and VIPs in a fast-paced, luxury hotel environment.

You’ll work a 24/7 rotating roster (including weekends and overnights) with 20-30 hours per week across 4-5 shifts, collaborating with Bell Services, Concierge, Spa, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage to create memorable stays.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and a passion for creating elevated guest experiences.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work across a 24/7 rotating roster (including weekends and overnights).
• Availability to commit to 20-30 hours per week across 4-5 shifts.
• Interest in building a career within Front Office Operations and luxury hotels.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out, ensuring smooth front-desk operations.
• Allocate rooms and escort guests as required.
• Confirm and process accurate payment transactions.
• Enter guest details in Opera PMS and maintain visit history.
• Provide tailored guest experiences and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
• Answer guest queries and assist with reservations when needed.
