The Fullerton Hotel Sydney is seeking a motivated kitchen professional to join our overnight team. You will work 11pm–7am on a part-time basis, four days per week, delivering high-standard dishes and customer service in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.

Applicants should have a sound knowledge of cooking styles, HACCP, and a genuine passion for food trends. Experience in busy hotel kitchens is preferred; lunch is provided daily and staff discounts apply.

Competenze

• A sound knowledge of a variety of different cooking styles and techniques.
• You will be primarily work the overnight shift (from 11pm to 7am) on a part-time basis and to be reliable.
• Must have 4 days availability per week.
• The ability to work autonomously as part of a small overnight team.
• An understanding of HACCP and the ability to ensure standards are maintained.
• A true passion for food trends and customer service.
• Previous experience working within a similar hotel or busy kitchen environment would be great.
