Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Sydney is seeking an Overnight Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade. Working the overnight shift, you will prepare produce for in-room dining and contribute to the breakfast service.

You should have previous kitchen experience in a large hotel, strong communication and organisational skills, and be able to work unsupervised during 10pm–6am. Australian working rights required; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or equivalent in a large hotel.
• Passion for creating superb food and guest satisfaction.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work productively and unsupervised during night shifts.
• Willingness to work 10pm–6am.
• Australian working rights; no sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes for overnight In-Room Dining and breakfast service.
• Support kitchen brigade during night hours to maintain quality and hygiene.

Four Seasons Hotel Sydneyhave an exciting opportunity available for a motivated and enthusiastic Overnight Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen brigade of leading industry professionals.

Whilst working the overnight shift, you will be able to demonstrate your passion for food on a plate in our Overnight In-Room Dining service. You will also contribute to our high volume breakfast service in the Restaurant and In-Room Dining by preparing produce for the service.

What you will bring:

• Previous kitchen experience at the same level preferably within a large hotel
• Passion for creating superb food in order to provide a great guest experience
• Excellent communication & organisational skills
• The ability to work productively whilst unsupervised
• An eagerness to work 10pm - 6am
• Full time Australian Working rights (We will not be able to provide sponsorship)
