Job summary

Working Parents Connect is seeking a Sales Representative (Outbound) for residential automation in Castle Hill, Sydney. You will conduct outbound calls, qualify leads, and drive opportunities through the sales cycle with builders, developers and site managers.

You will present automation products, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with internal teams to prepare client proposals. This full‑time, office‑based role includes occasional travel to sites and aims to meet monthly and quarterly

Qualifications

Experience in outbound sales to residential developers.
Ability to qualify leads and manage opportunities end-to-end.
Willingness to travel to sites as required.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calling and lead generation targeting residential construction stakeholders.
Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.
Present automation products effectively, tailoring messaging to suit development requirements.
Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
Respond promptly to incoming sales inquiries and follow up on outstanding opportunities.
Coordinate and attend site visits to support sales conversations and demonstrations.
Collaborate with internal technical and design teams to prepare accurate client proposals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Represent the company professionally, delivering a high standard of customer experience.
