Job summary

Salexo Consulting in Sydney is seeking a Residential Project Sales Manager to drive new business in the architectural hardware space. You’ll target builders, developers and residential projects, manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through delivery, and build a strong project pipeline.

The role rewards a proven BDM/ project sales track record, deep market relationships, and the ability to win new accounts. Autonomy to grow in your own territory with a premium product range.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in BDM, project sales or territory sales.
• Strong relationships within the residential construction industry.
• Track record of winning new business and opening new accounts.
• Experience dealing with builders, developers and/or architects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage your own territory from prospecting to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target new residential projects and opportunities.
• Build relationships with builders, developers, architects and designers.
• Develop new accounts and grow project opportunities.
• Get involved early in projects and influence product selection.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through to project delivery.
• Build and maintain a strong project pipeline.
• Attend builder meetings, project sites, showrooms and industry events.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure projects are converted and delivered successfully.
