Job summary

Mentone Grammar School in Mentone is seeking an enthusiastic OSHC Service Coordinator to lead our after-school care program. You will design engaging activities, coordinate staff, and ensure safe, inclusive experiences for school-aged children.

We value warm engagement, strong organisation, and the ability to connect with children, families, and school leadership. A Diploma or degree in Early Childhood or related field is preferred, with first aid and WWCC requirements met.

Responsibilities

• Plan and program engaging OSHC activities and programs.

• Foster strong relationships with families and school leaders.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the service.

Job description

Hourly Rate: $49.88 - $52.15 Per Hour (Including Worker Retention Payment Scheme) + 12% Super.

• Days Required: Monday to Friday. Five days per week required.
• After School Care: 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
• Total Hours: 20 hours per week.
• Vacation Care: Up to 30 hours per week.
• Contract: Casual.
• Professional development sessions are paid training sessions, and Retention payments are above award.
