Job summary

Trinity Grammar School in Kew is seeking an OSHC Service Coordinator on a casual basis to lead after-school programs and ensure a safe, engaging environment for children. You will plan activities, coordinate meals, and collaborate with compliance teams to maintain program quality.

The role requires a Diploma or higher in Early Childhood or a related field, a valid Working With Children Check, First Aid/CPR, and strong interpersonal skills. Flexible hours and professional development are provided.

Job Details & Role

About your service: Trinity Grammar School, Kew

Hourly Rate: $49.88 - $52.15 Per Hour (Including Worker Retention Payment Scheme) + 12% Super.

• Days Required: Monday to Friday. Five days per week required.
• After School Care: 2:15 pm to 6:00 pm.
• Total Hours: 18 hours and 45 minutes per week.
• Contract: Casual.
• Professional development sessions are paid training sessions, and Retention payments are above award.

• Champion Quality: Work with your Programs Engagement Manager on Assessment & Ratings with the full backing of our compliance experts at our unit TEG Compass.
• The Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OSHC programs.
• The Clockwork Catalyst: Manage the day-to-day "business" of the service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
