Mentone Grammar School in Mentone is seeking an OSHC Service Coordinator to lead after-school care programs for primary-aged children. You will design engaging activities, manage daily operations, and ensure safety and inclusivity while delivering high-quality experiences.

You bring a Diploma/Bachelor/Master in Early Childhood or related field, a valid Working With Children Check, First Aid and CPR, and a can-do attitude.

Competenze

• Diploma/Bachelor/Master in Early Childhood or related field; approved qualifications as required.
• Valid Working With Children Check and First Aid/CPR are essential.
• Ability to plan engaging activities and manage OSHC programs.

Job Details & Role

About your service: Mentone Grammar School, Mentone.

Hourly Rate: $49.88 - $52.15 Per Hour (Including Worker Retention Payment Scheme) + 12% Super.

• Days Required: Monday to Friday. Five days per week required.
• After School Care: 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
• Total Hours: 20 hours per week.
• Vacation Care: Up to 30 hours per week.
• Contract: Casual.
• Professional development sessions are paid training sessions, and Retention payments are above award.

As our OSHC Service Coordinator you will:

• Champion Quality: Work with your Programs Engagement Manager on Assessment & Ratings with the full backing of our compliance experts at our unit TEG Compass.
• The Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OSHC programs.
• The Clockwork Catalyst: Manage the day-to-day "business" of the service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
