Job summary

The Extend Group is seeking an OSHC Service Coordinator for St Michael's Grammar, Beverley. You will plan and run engaging activities, ensure a safe and inclusive environment, prepare healthy snacks, and work with the Programs Engagement Manager to support assessments and ratings.

You will also connect with families and school leadership to build integrated OSHC programs, while managing daily service operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor/Masters in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care, Youth Work, Community Services, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Plan and program engaging activities and events for OSHC students to support learning and fun.
• Create a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
• Provide healthy snacks to maintain energy levels throughout the day.
• Collaborate with the Programs Engagement Manager and compliance team on assessments and ratings.
• Coordinate with school leadership and families to build integrated OSHC programs.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the service to ensure smooth daily running.

Job Details & Role

About your service: St Michael's Grammar, Beverley

Hourly Rate: $49.88 - $52.15 Per Hour (Including Worker Retention Payment Scheme) + 12% Super.

• Days Required: Monday to Friday. Five days per week required.
• Before School Care: 6:30 am to 8:30 am.
• After School Care: 2:35 pm to 6:00 pm (Monday's 1:55 pm shift start).
• Total Hours: 27 hours and 45 minutes.
• Vacation Care: Up to 30 hours per week.
• Contract: Casual.
• Professional development sessions are paid training sessions, and Retention payments are above award.
