Zusammenfassung

Holland Park Helping Hands, part of Junior Adventures Group, is seeking an inspired OSHC Coordinator to lead an after-school and holiday program for children aged 5–12. You will shape culture, drive quality, and support your Educator team.

This permanent, full-time role includes split shifts, Monday to Friday, with 10 hours of dedicated non-contact admin time to ensure your program runs smoothly. A Service Manager onsite will support you.

Qualifikationen

• Working towards or completed a qualification to work as a 2 Year Qualified Educator in QLD per ACECQA.
• National Police Check and Working with Children Check required on onboarding.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities with a team focus.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of Educators and oversee an engaging before/after-school program.
• Design a vibrant, child-centred program with STEM, sport, arts and crafts.
• Take ownership of rosters, daily operations, compliance and administration.
• Build a positive team culture and partner with families and schools.
• Be supported by regional managers and a dedicated support office.
