Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is seeking an inspiring and motivated OSHC Coordinator for our Holland Park service. You’ll lead a team of Educators, shape culture, drive quality, and deliver a dynamic before- and after-school program for children aged 5–12.

You’ll design engaging experiences, manage rosters and compliance, and partner with families and schools while being supported by a Service Manager onsite to help you grow as a leader.

Qualifications

• Experience leading OSHC or after-school programs is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with families, children and staff.
• Ability to design engaging, age-appropriate activities and manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead Educators and oversee before- and after-school program for 5–12 year olds.
• Take ownership of rosters, daily operations, compliance and administration.
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive team culture and support staff development.
• Partner with families, schools and internal stakeholders to grow the service.
• Work with Regional Managers and Support Office for guidance and resources.
