Job summary

Holland Park Helping Hands, part of the Junior Adventures Group, seeks an OSHC Coordinator to lead a dynamic after-school care program for children aged 5–12. You’ll shape culture, drive quality and support a growing team, with a dedicated Service Manager onsite for guidance.

The role is permanent and full-time, with split shifts Mon–Fri and 10 hours of non-contact administrative time to ensure program excellence.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience directing educators and programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for families and school communities.
• Team leadership with a focus on growth and coaching.
• Willingness to obtain National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
• Australian work rights and eligibility to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead a vibrant, child-centred before/after school program.
• Take ownership of rosters, daily operations, compliance and administration.
• Build a positive, inclusive team culture and support Educators.
• Partner with families, school communities and internal stakeholders to grow the service.
• Be supported by Regional Managers and Support Office.
