Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is seeking an OSHC Assistant Coordinator for the Helping Hands Holland Park service in a part-time capacity (20 hours per week). You will lead Educators, manage rosters, and ensure high-quality before- and after-school programs for children aged 5–12 years, with strong emphasis on safety and family partnerships.

You will be supported by an experienced Coordinator and Regional Manager, with opportunities for development, competitive pay up to $40 per hour including

Qualifications

Diploma qualification in a relevant field or two years of study towards ACECQA‑approved qualification.
Ability to lead a team and communicate clearly with families and staff.
Commitment to child safety principles and safeguarding practices.

Responsibilities

Lead a before- and after-school program for children aged 5–12 years.
Assist with rosters, daily operations, compliance, and administration.
Foster an inclusive team culture and strong relationships with families and schools.
Collaborate with the Coordinator and Regional Manager for program growth.
