Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is seeking an OSHC Coordinator for Holland Park Helping Hands to lead a team of Educators and oversee a dynamic before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12.

You’ll design engaging experiences across STEM, sport, cooking, and arts, take ownership of rosters and compliance, and build a positive team culture with strong partnerships with families and the school community. A Service Manager onsite provides support.

Qualifications

• Must be working towards or have completed a relevant qualification to work as a 2 Year Qualified Educator in QLD (ACECQA)
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
• Natural leader who guides a team and helps others grow
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead by example

Responsibilities

• Design and lead a vibrant, child-centred program with STEM, sport, cooking, arts and crafts
• Take ownership of rosters, daily operations, compliance and administration
• Build a positive, inclusive team culture where Educators feel supported and motivated
• Partner with families, the school community and internal stakeholders to grow the service
• Be supported by Regional Managers and a dedicated Support Office
