Junior Adventures Group in Australia is seeking an inspiring and motivated OSHC Coordinator to join our Helping Hands service. This permanent, full-time role leads a team of educators across before- and after-school programs for children aged 5-12, shaping culture and ensuring quality.

You’ll manage rosters, compliance, and daily operations with dedicated non-contact admin time, supported by a Service Manager onsite. A natural leader who communicates well will thrive in this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead a vibrant before- and after-school program for ages 5-12.

• Rely on regional managers and support office for guidance.
