Junior Adventures Group’s Helping Hands Golden Beach service is seeking an inspiring OSHC Coordinator to lead and shape a vibrant after-school program for children aged 5-12. You’ll oversee Educators, manage rosters, ensure compliance and deliver a high-quality service with a strong culture of safety and development.

• Leadership experience in OSHC or childcare
• Strong communication and people-management skills
• Ability to design and lead child-centered programs
• Ability to manage rosters, admin and compliance

Responsibilities

• Design and lead a vibrant, child-centred program with STEM, sport, cooking, arts and crafts
• Take ownership of rosters, daily operations and compliance
• Build a positive team culture and support Educators' development
• Partner with families and schools to grow the service
• Work with Regional Managers and Support Office guidance
