Junior Adventures Group is seeking an inspiring OSHC Coordinator for Holland Park Helping Hands. You will lead a before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12, shape a vibrant daily schedule, and manage rosters and compliance with onsite support from a Service Manager.

The role is permanent and full-time with structured shifts and 10 hours of dedicated administrative time weekly to ensure program quality and team success.

Qualifications

• Natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow.
• Strong communication skills—you’ll be leading by example.
• Australian work rights and suitability for Queensland ACECQA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead a vibrant, child-centred program with engaging experiences (STEM, sport, cooking, arts and crafts).
• Take ownership of rosters, daily operations, compliance and administration to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Build a positive, inclusive team culture where Educators feel supported and motivated.
• Partner with families, the school community and stakeholders to grow and improve the service.
