Job summary

The OSHC Coordinator role at TheirCare Burwood Heights leads a before- and after-school care service, delivering engaging programs for children aged 5–12 and ensuring high-quality care within the school community.

You will mentor staff, manage administrative tasks, and oversee compliance to keep the service running smoothly. Flexible hours and a collaborative team environment support balanced work life.

Qualifications

• Completed or currently studying an ACECQA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar). Check www.acecqa.gov.au for details relevant to your state.
• A valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
• Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, Relevant food safety & mandatory reporting certificates and a National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.
