Job summary

TheirCare Pty Ltd is seeking an OSHC Coordinator in Geelong to lead before- and after-school care and holiday programs, engaging children aged 5–12 and building strong relationships within the school community.

You will mentor a team, ensure service compliance, and manage administrative tasks with support from an Area Manager and Head Office. The role emphasizes safety, wellbeing, and community partnership.

Qualifications

• ACECQ A-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services or similar) is required or in progress.
• Valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state in Australia.
• Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, relevant food safety and mandatory reporting certificates and a National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging programs for children aged 5–12.
• Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community.
• Mentor and support your team to develop skills and growth.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep the service running smoothly.

ACECQA-recognised qualification (completed or currently studying)
