Job summary

TheirCare Pty is seeking an OSHC Coordinator to lead a trusted before/after school and holiday program in Melbourne. You will design engaging activities for children aged 5–12, build strong relationships within your school community, and mentor your team while ensuring compliance and smooth operations.

Hours are 7:00–9:00 and 2:15–6:30, Monday to Friday with admin time. ACECQA-recognised qualification preferred, along with WWCC and safety certificates. Flexible benefits support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-recognised qualification required or currently studying.
• Willingness to obtain First Aid in a Childcare Setting (HLTAID012) and safety certificates.
• Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
• National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging programs for children 5–12 years.
• Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community.
• Mentor and support your team to develop their skills.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep the service running smoothly.
