Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking an OSHClub Coordinator at Granville OSHClub to lead a team of Educators and manage an engaging before- and after-school program for 5–12 year olds. This fixed-term, part-time role runs 29 hours per week with four paid admin hours.

You’ll own the roster, oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and mentor staff with support from regional managers and a dedicated office team. The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork and community impact.

Qualifications

• A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!).
• State working-with-children check
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)

Responsibilities

• Create and lead a dynamic, child-centered before- and after-school program with activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts.
• Take full ownership of your team's roster and day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance and handling admin tasks.

Join us at Granville OSHClub, as an OSHC Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children! This fixed term (until Dec 2027), part-time role offers29 hours per week, including 4 non-contact paid admin hours. You'll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 7:00-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play).
