Junior Adventures Group in North Perth is seeking an OSHC Coordinator to lead a team of Educators and oversee a fun, engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12. You will manage rosters, operations, and compliance with support from regional managers.

This permanent, full-time role includes non-contact paid admin hours, split shifts, and opportunities for coaching, paid training, and career growth within JAG. Competitive pay, parental leave, and savings benefits are offered.

Join us in the North Perth area, as an OSHC Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children!This is a permanent, full-time roleincluding non-contact paid admin hours. You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 7:00-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play).

About the role

As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:

• You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
• You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
• With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.

Qualifications

• A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
• State working-with-children check
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)

To be considered for this role, you will need to hold a completed relevant ACECQA-recognised qualification, including:

• WA First Qualified Educator - Have completed a relevant qualification to work as a First Qualified Educator in WAin accordance with ACECQA
