Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking an OSHC Coordinator in Ryde to lead a team of Educators and oversee a welcoming before- and after-school program for children aged 5–12. You will drive a dynamic, child-centered program and manage rosters, operations, and compliance with regional support.

The role offers 38 hours per week (including 10 paid admin hours), split shifts Mon-Fri 7:00–9:00 and 15:00–18:00, with competitive hourly pay and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (we will cover).
• State working-with-children check.
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko).

Join us at Smalls Road OSHClub Located in Ryde, as an OSHC Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children!This permanent, full time role offers38 hours per week, including 10 non-contact paid admin hours.You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 7:00-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play).

About the role

As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:

• You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
• You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
• With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
