Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking an OSHC Coordinator at Wheeler Heights Primary OSHCare to lead a team of Educators and deliver a dynamic before- and after-school program for children aged 5–12. The role is permanent and part-time, with 33.5 hours per week including 6 paid admin hours.

You will manage rosters, supervise staff, ensure program quality and compliance, and collaborate with a regional team offering coaching and support.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of educators in a childcare or OSHC setting.
• Proven ability to manage rosters and day-to-day operations.
• Knowledge of compliance, safety and admin tasks relevant to OSHC.

Join us at Wheeler Heights Primary OSHCare, as an OSHC Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children!This permanent, part-time role offers33.5 hours per week, including 6 non-contact paid admin hours.You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 7:00-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play).

About the role

As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:

• You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
• You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
• With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.

Qualifications

• A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
• State working-with-children check
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
