Job summary

Granville OSHClub is seeking an OSHC Coordinator to lead a team of dedicated Educators in a before- and after-school program for children aged 5–12 years. This fixed-term, part-time role offers 29 hours weekly across split shifts.

You will manage rosters, ensure program quality, and uphold safety and compliance with regional support. Join us to make a tangible difference in children's daily lives.

Qualifications

• A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
• State working-with-children check
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)

Join us at Granville OSHClub, as an OSHC Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children!This fixed term (until Dec 2027), part-time role offers29 hours per week, including 4 non-contact paid admin hours.You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 7:00-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play).

About the role

As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:

• You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
• You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
• With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
