Job summary

Junior Adventures Group in Melbourne is seeking an OSHC Coordinator to lead a team of Educators at our Kew service, overseeing before- and after-school programs for children aged 5-12. This fixed-term, part-time role offers 21.5 hours per week (4 non-contact admin hours), Monday to Friday 2:30-6:00pm, with regional manager support, paid parental leave, and other benefits.

Join us at our service in Kew, as an OSHC Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children!This is a fixed-term, part-time role offering 21.5 hours per week, including 4 non-contact paid admin hours.You’ll work Monday to Friday: 2:30-6:00pm (Stay and Play).

About the role


As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years.This school also caters to Early Learning Centre (ELC) children, so a Early Childhood qualification would be highly beneficial. You will be confident supporting children across both the ELC and school-age settings.



  • You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.

  • You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.

  • With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.


Qualifications
