Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is seeking an OSHC Coordinator in Kew to lead a team of Educators and oversee an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. An Early Learning Centre presence makes an ELC qualification highly beneficial. You will guide activities, rostering, and compliance while fostering teamwork and growth.

The role includes mentorship from regional managers, paid admin time, and opportunities for career development within JAG.

Qualifications

• A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
• State working-with-children check
• Australian working rights
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
• VIC Diploma-Level - Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a Diploma-level Educator in VIC in accordance with ACECQA

Join us at our service in Kew, as an OSHC Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children! This is a fixed-term, part-time role offering 21.5 hours per week, including 4 non-contact paid admin hours. You’ll work Monday to Friday: 2:30-6:00pm (Stay and Play).

About the role

As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This school also caters to Early Learning Centre (ELC) children, so a Early Childhood qualification would be highly beneficial. You will be confident supporting children across both the ELC and school-age settings.
