Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is hiring an OSHC Coordinator to lead a team of Educators and run a before- and after-school program for children aged 5–12 at Helping Hands Lane Cove West. This permanent, full-time role offers 38 hours per week with 8 non-contact admin hours and split shifts 7:00–9:00am and 3:00–6:00pm.

You’ll own rosters, drive a dynamic, child-centered program with activities like STEM, sports, cooking and crafts, ensure compliance, and collaborate with a regional manager and

  • Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check
  • State working-with-children check
  • National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)

Join us at Helping Hands Lane Cove West, as an OSHC Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children!This permanent, full time role offers38 hours per week, including 8 non-contact paid admin hours.You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 7:00-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play).

About the role

As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:

  • You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
  • You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
  • With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
