Job summary

The OSHC Coordinator position at TheirCare Pty leads a school-based before/after school care service and holiday programs for local families. You will design engaging programs for children aged 5–12, foster strong school-community relationships, and mentor your team to grow within the industry.

Hours are 7:00am–9:00am and 2:15pm–6:30pm, Monday to Friday, with weekly admin time. The role focuses on safety, compliance and high-quality care in a supportive, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-recognised qualification required or in progress.
• Valid Employee Working with Children Check (state).Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, food safety and mandatory reporting certificates.
• National Criminal History Check within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging OSHC programs for children aged 5–12.
• Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in schools.
• Mentor and support team members to develop their skills.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep services running smoothly.
