Sydney Catholic Early Childhood Services Ltd (SCECS) is seeking an Assistant Coordinator for our OSHC service in NSW. The role is permanent and part-time (66 hours per fortnight), Monday to Friday, with a split shift and term-time structure.

You will help create a safe, engaging environment for children and collaborate with families and school communities. Key requirements include an Early Childhood Education and Care qualification (or working towards one), OSHC experience, and checks such as

Qualifications

• A qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards one.
• Experience in Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) is desirable.
• NSW Working with Children Check is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Responsible Person for the service.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive OSHC service for staff and children.
• Manage attendance and bookings to maintain supervision.
• Support design and implementation of engaging educational programs.
• Build strong relationships with families and the school community.
• Share children’s experiences with families.
• Shifts are Monday to Friday.
