Sydney Catholic Early Childhood Services in NSW is seeking an Assistant Coordinator for a permanent part-time position (30 hours per week, Monday to Friday). You will help create a safe, engaging OSHC environment and support families and staff.

Applicants should have an Early Childhood Education and Care qualification (or be working towards one), OSHC experience, a NSW Working with Children Check, GECCKO child safety training, a child protection certificate, and a First Aid certificate.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• OSHC experience is preferred.
• NSW Working with Children Check required.
• GECCKO child safety training completed.
• Child protection training certificate required.
• First Aid certificate is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Responsible Person for the service.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive OSHC service for staff and children.
• Manage attendance and bookings to maintain supervision.
• Support design and implementation of engaging educational programs.
• Build relationships with families and the school community.
• Share children's experiences with families.
