Job summary

Sydney Catholic Early Childhood Services Ltd – North Sydney NSW is seeking an OSHC Assistant Coordinator for a permanent part-time role (66 hours per fortnight) Monday to Friday.

You will work as part of a team to provide a safe, engaging OSHC environment, support educational activities, and communicate with families and the school community. A qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care is preferred, with NSW Working with Children Check and safety trainings required.

Qualifications

• OSHC experience or working towards OSHC-specific role
• Current NSW Working with Children Check
• GECCKO child safety training completed or registered
• Child protection training certificate
• First Aid Certificate

Responsibilities

• Act as the Responsible Person for the service
• Ensure a safe and inclusive OSHC service for staff and children
• Manage attendance and bookings to maintain supervision and safety
• Support design and implementation of engaging educational programs
• Build strong relationships with families and the school community
• Share children’s experiences and achievements with families
