Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Territory Manager to promote Smart Care software solutions across South Australia, Western Australia, and the Northern Territory. Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of hitting targets.
• Strong commercial acumen to grow the territory.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close new business opportunities in SA/WA/NT hospitals and large aged care organisations.
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to drive pipeline and growth.
• Build relationships with C-suite and clinical stakeholders to promote Smart Care software solutions.
• Collaborate with customer success and technical teams to ensure successful implementations and high satisfaction.
