Job summary

Stryker’s Joint Replacement team in Perth, Western Australia, is seeking a commercially driven Territory Manager to own the Perth territory. You’ll drive growth with public and private hospitals, build surgeon partnerships, and provide in-theatre support for hip and knee replacement procedures.

This field-based role offers 3+ years in territory management or B2B sales, a track record of accountability, and the chance to advance within Stryker while working across an implant-led portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Territory Management or B2B sales experience with a strong track record
• Commercial mindset with end-to-end territory ownership
• Confident communicator with senior clinical stakeholders
• Resilience, accountability, and drive to win
• Medical Device / Pharma / Life Sciences experience
• Knowledge of Australia’s public and private hospital systems
• Confidence working in operating theatres

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales targets through disciplined territory planning and execution
• Build long-term relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders
• Provide expert, reliable in-theatre support across Joint Replacement procedures
• Grow usage across an implant-led portfolio
• Manage pricing, tenders, contracts, and pipeline opportunities
• Collaborate with Marketing and Clinical teams to win as one team
