Job summary
Arthrex Australia is seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Sales Representative to own a high-performing territory in Perth. Leveraging clinical knowledge with commercial drive, you will partner with surgeons and healthcare professionals to deliver innovative sports medicine solutions and superior outcomes.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will build trusted relationships, identify opportunities, support in-theatre cases, and lead territory growth through strategic plans and ongoing
Qualifications
- Successful sales track record in Trauma, Sports Medicine, Orthopaedic or Surgical/Theatre sales.
- Degree Qualifications in Health Science or related discipline.
- Strong team orientation and long-term relationship-based sales approach.
- Ability to think strategically and constructively challenge customers.
- Excellent communication, time management and prioritisation skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with Surgeons and Theatre staff; promote products addressing customer pain points.
- Identify customer needs and generate leads; present product information.
- Provide in-theatre clinical support during cases and support new product launches.
- Develop and implement strategic territory sales and performance plans.
