Job summary

Nixil Pty is seeking an Organisational Change Manager to lead the people side of change within a complex delivery environment in Canberra. The role focuses on delivering change strategies, managing stakeholders, and embedding sustainable outcomes across programs that involve technology change.

Ideal candidates will have experience with ADKAR or equivalent methodologies, strong communication skills, and a track record of developing training and change assessment materials for diverse teams.
