Job summary

Nixil Pty in Canberra is seeking an Organisational Change Manager to lead the people side of change within a complex delivery environment, coordinating with leaders across the organisation. You will develop change strategies, stakeholder engagement and training plans, assess readiness, monitor adoption and address resistance to embed sustainable outcomes.

Essential: knowledge of ADKAR or equivalent and strong communications, facilitation and stakeholder management skills; current NV1/NV2 or TSPV

• Knowledge of structured change methodologies (e.g., ADKAR) and change management frameworks.
• Experience creating communications, training and change impact materials.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
