Job summary

You will develop change strategies, stakeholder engagement and training plans, assess readiness, monitor adoption and address resistance to embed sustainable outcomes.

Essential: knowledge of ADKAR or equivalent and strong communications, facilitation and stakeholder management skills; current NV1/NV2 or TSPV

Qualifications

• Knowledge of structured change methodologies (e.g., ADKAR) and change management frameworks.
• Experience creating communications, training and change impact materials.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to influence at all levels.
