Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering organisational change across complex programs.
• Knowledge of structured change methodologies, such as ADKAR or equivalent.
• Experience developing communications, training and change assessment materials.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop change strategies, stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
• Conduct change impact, readiness and training needs assessments.
• Support leaders and teams through organisational and technology change.
• Monitor adoption, address resistance and embed sustainable outcomes.
