Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in change management, ideally within superannuation or financial services.
• Strong understanding of risk and regulatory change across multiple business units.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.

• Develop and deliver change management and communication strategies/plans, particularly in response to regulatory changes.
• Manage end-to-end change processes, including assessing impact, readiness, and addressing resistance.
• Support teams through business transformations and regulatory changes, with a focus on people.
